# The AI question is settled.

The open questions are no longer whether, but where first and under which boundary. Architecture starts there.

**The decision**Electricity did not improve the candle. It reorganised the factory, down to its floor plan. AI is the same kind of technology. Whether it reshapes operations is settled. Two questions remain: where first, and from which point. That is where I work.

## What I see

Everyone is occupied, yet revenue stands still. The ceiling is blamed on the market although it is built from trapped capacity. The market answers with powerful gears that spin beside the machine.

## What I want

Verifiable work runs on rails: calculate, search, document, reconcile. Released capacity moves to the places where machines do not belong — the customer and the decision.

How we work

## Six rules. In this order.

    **Remove before adding**
    
    We remove at least one thing before adding AI. Anyone who only adds is selling their easy solution.
    
2.  02
    
    **Workflow before technology**
    
    A clean workflow is an unambiguous instruction, including for a machine.
    
3.  03
    
    **Free run or rails**
    
    A singular task may run free. Repeating work that must be dependable belongs on rails.
    
4.  04
    
    **Release decisions only**
    
    We add only what releases a decision. If no information is missing, no tool is missing.
    
5.  05
    
    **Released capacity gets a destination**
    
    Capacity gained receives a job immediately. Without one, it dissolves into small work.
    
6.  06
    
    **Name the human boundary first**
    
    What remains with a person is named before anything is built.
    

Who I am

## I do not only draw. I build.

I am an AI architect. The real work begins before building: deciding what disappears, what belongs on rails and what remains human. Delivery means a running system. Everything I build belongs to you afterwards.

### How to measure me

One number: the throughput time of the workflow that currently binds you. If I do not find the bottleneck, I say so, and you keep the diagnosis.
