# AI-First does not mean AI-Only.

AI-First is not a technology add-on. It is an order: understand, remove, simplify, accelerate, automate.

The real architecture decision is not the model. It is the boundary between machine work and moments that require judgement, relationship and context.

    Data capture, classification, calculation and notification are machine work once rules and evidence are explicit.
